In lieu of a regular meeting, nine members of the Rotary Club helped do highway clean up.
Crete Rotary Cleans Up Highway 33
Nine members of the Crete Rotary Club came together on April 15 to perform clean up on Highway 33 east of Crete. Rain was forecast but stayed away for a change. Probably the best find of the day was made by Jack Thompson. Among the litter, he found a poster the “Keep It Clean.” See photo below.

This is a reminder for the meeting on April 22. We will meet at the Youth (a.k.a., Scout) Cabin south of Crete to do clean up of the grounds. Please bring gloves, rakes, weed eaters, saws - whatever you think might be useful. We will tentatively plan to have food for a social supper after the work is done.
