This week we will hear from the Lower Big Blue NRD about their environmental efforts to clean up the Lower Blue River.  Please make a point to attend if you can--the environment is one of Rotary's Seven Areas of Focus so it'll be nice to hear about what a group in Nebraska is doing to help.

 

The meal will be fried chicken, mashed potatoes, gravy, and a salad of some sort.  Please respond to Marilea's email sent on Friday if you'll be attending AND if you're eating.  

 

On October 26th, we will hear from Ellinor Bengtsson, a Rotary Exchange student from Sweden who is stay in Wilber this year!  Some of us may be unfamiliar with the program, so here are some links to give some basic information about what Rotary Exchange is and how COVID-19 affected it.  Please view these beforehand in hopes it will answer some initial questions.

 

Looking ahead even farther, DG Barb's visit is rescheduled to November 30th, please check your calendars and make this meeting if possible.
