Rotary Christmas Party 2022 was a smashing success! Members and families were treated to a beautifully decorated banquet room and delicious dinner. During the social hour and dinner, we were serenated by musical duo "Those Two". Julie Schumacher and Dave Purdham performed a wonderful variety of holiday music! After dinner Jenn Lampila engaged the club in a game of Christmas movie trivia and we finished the evening singing most of the standard Christmas carols. I'd like to thank everyone for attending and for the members who worked so hard to organize and execute the party!
Looking towards the new year: We will next meet on Wednesday, January 11th, 2023, at the VFW at the usual time. I hope to use most of the meeting time to get feedback from members on ideas and projects to pursue in the second half of this Rotary year. The Boomerang will take a couple weekends off but will be back in early January. I wish everyone a safe and wonderful Christmas, New Year and Holiday Season!
