End of John’s year picnic
Thirteen members and four guests met at Tom Sorensen’s home to give a farewell to President John Lothrop and his wife Gale. John and Gale will be moving to Sedona, AZ later this week. We wish them the best in Red Rock country.
Tom provided hamburgers and hot dogs, grilled by Jim Johnson, and drinks. Members provided salads and desserts. No excuse if someone went away hungry. A great socializing time.

Member survey
Members are being asked to complete a short survey to determine where we are headed for a new Rotary year. Please be creative and think outside of the box on ways to improve our club and club meetings. Also, what goals should we address this year and what committee you would like to be a part of. If you haven’t received your survey, get one from Jim Fahrnbruch. Please return all surveys to Jim as soon as possible.

Crete Rotary’s Representative to the Boy Scouts: We have sponsored Boy Scout Troop 212 for a long, long time. We need someone to be our connection to the troop. Max Kathol has been our rep for the last several years. Let Jim F. know if you might be interested.
