Last week we welcomed Carmen Chinchilla-Gutierrez from Public Health Solutions to speak to us about the programs they offer.  If you're interested in hearing more, they are located in the strip mall east of town (near Dollar General). 

 

 

Chris D.'s ticket was drawn but she was unable to find the Queen of Spades.  The pot grows to $139 this week!  We will have our club assembly on Wednesday.  Please come prepared with dates you are able to attend work days for the concession stand in September and October.  District Governor Julie O'Hara will be joining us, so it's important to have a good turn out.  Let's show her what our mighty club can do--after all, we did win "outstanding small club" at the District Conference. 

 

Some of the other topics this week will be: committees, conducting another "Rotary Night" fundraiser, president elect and secretary positions, as well as anything else brought up by the club.  If there's something you'd like to bring up, please send me an email and I'll add it to the powerpoint agenda.
