Last week, some members met at the Brewhouse to go over giving for 2018 and goals for the 2019-2020 fiscal year. Here is the information provided: - District Grant for 2019-2020 Fiscal Year: the foot bridges won with a vote of (11 to 8) with many members indicating the library is a good option for next year. We are applying this week, will share more when it’s approved.
- 2018-2019 Giving Update:
- Polio=$389 of $900 ($511 more needed by June 30)
- Foundation= $2383.72 of $2700 ($316.28 needed by June 30)
- Total=$2772.72 of $3600 ($827.28 needed by June 30)
- Jim F. has provided each member a slip of their giving for the year.
- 2019-2020 Goals:
- Polio=$960
- Foundation=$2400
- Membership=28
- Service Participation=20 (number of members to participate in service events)
- District Conference Attendance=3 (number of members attending the district conference)
- District Training Participation=3 (number of members attending district training)
- January-June Rotary Dues: Jim J. has reached out to those who still owe dues for the second half of the fiscal year.
- Dues are due on June 21st, 2019
As of yesterday, our grant application has been received and final approval will be granted by June 13. If you have any questions, let me know! This week, we will be planting pumpkins for the pumpkin festival. Please be at Old Mill Park (3rd and Norman) at 5:30 to begin planting. If you have any gardening tools, or shovels, please bring those as well.
