Old Business:
Alec announced that our RYLA students will be Anna Perez and Colin Maly.
The CAMC Health Fair will be the week of April 4-8. We will need volunteers to help staff the reception/registration that week.
Tom Parker visited with Gunther Tiebel and gave us a brief report. Gunther’s eyesight continues to deteriorate and his hearing is getting worse. He also must use a walker to get around. Tom will contact Gunther again and see if he would like to convert to “honorary” membership.
Program:
We met at Crete High School for a presentation on the Crete Teammates program by the high school coordinator Amie Yowell. The program serves students from grades 5-12. Students can start in the program any time prior to half way through their sophomore year. They have a waiting list of 20-25 students, many in middle school (5th grade). Several Rotary members are Teammates.
