This week we will hear from the Centennial celebration committee about what they've already done in preparation and what they need from members to help make the event a success. Here's what you can do to help in anticipation for the meeting:
- Bring any pictures or videos of former members and projects. Newspaper articles or clippings are also recommended.
- If you have contact information or a list of former members, please bring it so it can be added to the list to invite. The contact information is most important since many Rotarians may have moved or changed phone numbers/email addresses.
- Please look to see if you have any functioning VHS or DVD players. Some of the content is on VHS cassettes or DVD's so it's helpful to know who has what method for going through content.
