This week we will hear from our RYLA participant and Scholarship winners. We will be serving pizza at the meeting, a good will donation to cover the cost is suggested. You will not need to RSVP for this meeting. Your attendance is highly encouraged, however, because it'll be a great opportunity to learn more about RYLA and the young scholarship winner's plans after graduating.
In addition, the Chamber is looking for individuals to help pick up rocks and weed the pumpkin patch at Old Mill Park to prep for planting pumpkins. It will be Tuesday, June 7th @ 5:30pm. Old Mill Park is located on W 3rd Street and volunteers are asked to bring a bucket and a garden tool at a minimum. In my experience gardening gloves, a hat, sunscreen, and mosquito repellant are also recommended. :)
